Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) forms the backbone of any business by helping to achieve defined goals, identify risks and opportunities, and meet regulatory requirements. However, most companies still cling to the practice of maintaining the necessary data in a fragmented and decentralized manner, which unnecessarily complicates the effort of efficient evaluation. T-Systems has created a highly secure "Software as a Service" (SaaS) platform that enables our customers to easily implement a GRC solution that harmonizes existing data silos and processes in a user-friendly and cost-effective manner. The customer does not have to adapt to the solution, but the solution adapts to the individual needs of the customer. With our solution, all processes required for internal GRC management can be mapped - flexibly and audit-proof. The COVID-19 crisis management has placed enormous demands on many organizations. In the context of this crisis management, quick and uncomplicated decisions had to be made; decisions were made pragmatically and ad-hoc. In the aftermath, it is now important to take care of any risks and compliance violations. Therefore T-Systems developed the COVID-19 Alpha Assessment. A governance assessment specifically tailored to the aftermath of this crisis. Now is the time to ensure that the organization is still in compliance with its own requirements (policies, guidelines) and the legal requirements.
