There is no clear definition of what constitutes “the human factor” in cybersecurity, let alone an analysis framework which could help mitigate the increasing risk posed by unsecure behaviors.

Bring clarity and propose a definition of what “the human factor” is.
Provide metrics for the impact of “the human factor” in cyber incidents, and its evolution. Understand the challenges and offer advice on how to mitigate “the human risk”.
